• Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Shipping: Free on orders ₹2,500+. A ₹50 fee applies below ₹2,500.
• COD: A ₹50 fee is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders

• Window: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: Products must be unused, unworn, tried indoors only, and returned with the original box and packaging.
• Size Exchange: Free of cost, subject to availability.
• Returns: For prepaid orders, a flat ₹100 per pair will be deducted from the refund. No fee applies to size exchanges.
• Sale Products: Not eligible for return or exchange.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 working days to reflect.
