Warranty
All Bootmaker footwear comes with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects
from the date of purchase.
A valid bill/invoice is mandatory to avail the warranty.
For warranty claims, you may visit any of our stores or contact our customer support team.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection, we will provide a replacement or credit note, depending on the issue and product availability.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, scratches, stains or damage caused after purchase.
