Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility

Products must be unworn, unused, tried on indoors only, and returned in their original condition with the original box and packaging. Products showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.

Size Exchange — Free of Cost

Need a different size? We’ve got you. Size exchanges are completely free of cost, subject to availability. Once the original pair is received and passes inspection, your replacement pair will be dispatched.

Returns — ₹100 Fee

• If you have paid online and wish to return your order for no reason, a flat ₹100 fee per pair will be deducted from your refund amount.
• This fee does not apply to size exchanges.

Sale Products

Sale products are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds generally take 7–10 working days from the date of refund initiation to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
